Compliance Training

We offer onsite training for RCRA and DOT compliance.  Facilities that produce and manage hazardous waste must comply with the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations.  All employees involved in the hazardous waste handling process are required to be trained in the proper storage, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste.  Also, employees involved in any of the following aspects of waste handling – signing of waste manifests, loading or preparing materials for shipment, or transportation via public highways, rail, water, or air – must be trained in DOT compliance.
